Where to start
You have a list of topics and you need to have written your hypothesis and your focus questions. Next step is to find a range of information around your topic so you can form a conclusion.
What will I need?
You will need to use a variety of resources to complete this assessment task. This includes:
- Print resources: printed books, journals, articles.
- Digital resources - web searches, databases, online encyclopaedias.

EPIC lets you access up-to-date full text articles covering a huge range of subjects.
Click on a database on the A-Z list and then put your search words into the box. Or you can use the Powersearch button. If you are away from the school network you need to log into EPIC - Username: burnshs Password 23burnshs |

Keep track of your work:
Remember, you need to produce your own work and show where your information came from.
It can be hard to keep track of all the places you have looked - copy and paste website URLs into a Google Doc so you can look them up again later. Or take photos of magazine covers or book title pages so you have the dates and publishing information if you need them. In this assignment you need to:
